Huh? Wha? That chick is SERIOUSLY off her rocker! Well… yes… I is… not today 8•P
Rosh Hoshana (Jewish New Year's) begins tonite and I wish everyone health and happiness for the new year (unless I don't like you in which case you can just continue on your merry way *snicker*.) Tradition says to eat sweet things during the holiday to celebrate the pleasures of life and bring luck for the coming year. I say: PASS OVER THE GOOD STUFF! 8•P
traditional sweet things… apple slices dipped in honey… teglach (balls of dough fried, candied fruits all dipped in honey and stuck together)… mandelbroh bread, hallah w/raisins… honey is big all around… steam some carrots and pour honey on em and you're good to go. right now i'm having a glass of honey milk.
as for pleasures of life… well…
1) giving the smackdown to some snarky punctilious jerkoff
2) not having to sleep on park benches
3) new clothes
4) (my boyfriend)
5) secretly releasing a silent fart in public safe in the knowledge that nobody can tell it was you.
6) if you happen to be blessed w/friends and family that you love and can actually get along w/ *snicker*
7) yeah… that other subject phil so surreptitiously mentioned. 8•P
Mozel Tov works just fine Andrew Honey (it means good luck). L'Shana Tovah means "good year" 8•)
