Nature in all her glory is my uplift on life and so is my love of photography. sandi ♪ ♫
This visually interesting composition has a lot of contrast and depth to draw the viewer's eye. While there's a clear focus, the background is a strong supporting character in "telling the story" here. The faded glory of the old structure and its mythic hero created from unlikely beginnings play well against each other. Both are well supported by a rare instance of a post-processing technique that feels natural to the image and creates an emotional resonance of the stories we tell ourselves.
