I wish I could get this close to these birds. Perfect capture of the Mom and her chicks, and I would also like to know what lens you are using, and how close you are. Great Wildlife photo. Magazine Quality. Faved.

Great photo. That has to be the mother. A face only a mother could love and all that. I too would be interested what power lens you use. It's a great shot and should blow the roof off the cow barn. Good post EJ

This shot was taken 90-100 ft away from the nest with a Nikkor 18-200mm lens. Shot of course at 200mm setting. Then Cropped to 2400 X 1600 from the Original Image (4288 X 2848 ). Was shot on Vivid Setting for Extra Color. ISO 200. WB 5000. Run through Noise Reduction and Slightly Sharpened.

Great family shot you managed very well with a 200mm mag lens mine goes up to 420mm. Perhaps you'd like to borrow it when you want to shoot another Gator !!
