Woolaroc is a museum created by Frank Phillips, founder of Phillips Petroleum, and it is located on his ranch near Bartlesville, Oklahoma. There is a wild animal preserve that you drive through on the way to the museum, and I saw this guy and a couple others cooling off on a hot day. If you have any interest in the old west and Native American culture, the museum should not be missed when in the Bartlesville - Tulsa area.

'Let's eat Grandma!' or, 'Let's eat, Grandma!' Punctuation saves lives...

I really like this creature and this shot. I am a digital artist so by nature I look to clean up images. If the white marks on the water were erased and the contrast increased it would make this image pop. It would give it a touch of menace. Great capture!!

The white marks in the water were seed pods from surrounding vegetation, I thought about taking them out, but decided against it because they were part of that natural setting.
