The front of the Alexander Majors home in Kansas City, built in 1856. Majors was one of the founders of the Pony Express. Photo taken just before sunset, and the lines of the house look crooked due to the house settling over the past 150 years.

I have a photo of William Russell's house in Palmyra, Missouri. He was the co founder of the Pony Express. I should post it sometime for you.

A soft and pretty capture of this very old historic place. I particularly like the half rebuilt chimney on the right. If chimney's could talk...LOL
