Guess it's obvious that I'm living in Germany's largest wine producing area called Rheinhessen. Some of the wine-growers have developed some really fine quality wines over the last decade and it's a good thing that I live right beneath the source ;-))

Good job using your aperture to isolate the subject from the background. It allows the color contrast to really come trhough.

yum....I lived in Germany for quite a few years and love the wine there. This picture is great! I love how there are reds and purples in the leaves and background that complement the color in the grapes. Also, yellow is a very good contrasting color. Great work!

The grapes seem to be missing something, not quite sure what it is.... it might be lighting, they might be a bit to dark for my taste. Or maybe not the grapes but there might be a bit too much action at the left of the grapes and it drwas my attention there. If you had "November Grapes" and the background on this one. It still looks good, it has great DOF. I also enjoy this image.

Thanks a bunch. Just plumb thanks a bunch. You have these grapes looking so real, I gotta replace my computer screen because of all the holes that are in it from trying to pluck these grapes. Wow, what a realistic capture. I can almost see thru some of the grapes. High marks and on my desktop it goes.
