Very nicely done shot. I like the simplicity & also the delicateness of this design. The burnt rust color is pleasing. And I like that it is on a white background. Simplicity is usually a good thing. Thanks!

I have been asked to comment on your image. The central part of the image is good. The background color needs to be changed as the brown on white is a poor combination in this particular case. You need to take the main part and expand and add to it so that it fills in more of the image. There is just too much open or white space in the rendering. This is NOT an attack on you or your work but just some personal thoughts as to why your c-index is so low :)

Hey Josh -- Very nice design. Soft and delicate.good choice of colors with a white background. But as Maurice said, too much white. Personally I think a white background with a small image is not highly rated for a desktop or wallpaper. Maybe a soft yellow or green background ?? Great render though. thanks for posting.. Bill

Apophysis is some sort of program, right?
Need to get my hands on one if so, this one is a show of delicate balance with a touch of "in your face" with the white colour. I'd change nothing in this one, I'd just make a second edition, give the orange thread a cool orange/red glow and change the white background to a black sliding into darkest blue at the bottom.
Worth an honoring notion all the same, good job!
