This one was taken on the way back from Russia. My missions group stayed in london for our overnight stopover, and went for a quick sight-seeing trip. We got to see Big Ben, here seen, and piccadilly square. We also had a run in with a rather un-friendly drunken person who followed us back to our hotel. But that's another story. Let me know what you think.

Great to see you posting again! I like how you took the picture of two sides instead of just one. Adds dimension. You picked a good colors for your frame also. I know it's often hard to find a color besides black that goes well with the picture. Good job!

Personally, my favorite things about this picture are the texture and the contrast. If you look closely there are many different colors and textures at work here. The details of the clock face and the 3-D feel of the walls of the tower especially grabbed my attention. Also the differences between the colors of the wall. the shadowed areas and the lighted areas seem to give it almost a glowing quality.

I'm not bragging, I just thought I'd let you know why I posted it.

WOW. The angle is amazing --it clearly brings out the 3D effect you spoke about in your comment. I also notice the colors and textures; the greens near the top especially catch my attention. The tower contrasts well against the blue sky. Really good capture! A bit of noise, but that often can't be prevented (I know that from experience).
