Very imaginative... you should be in a weird state of mind more often... lol.... its very well done... its different which is great, shows your artistic style.... :D
hmmm....very very thought-provoking! i've stared at it for a couple of minutes now, and i still have no clue what is in here save the face. great job, fun state of mind ^^;;
Very nice, my only complaint being that the text would be right behind my icons if I was to use it as my desktop wallpaper. Other than that, this is just great, very interesting with the layers upon layers. Great job!
This is really awesome. I love the whole feel of it. Only thing I can see is that the (what I'm thinking is an) eye is a bit distracting (perhaps on purpose?). Anyhoo, great stuff Lucy :)
Very strange, very different and very good. Still oozes your unique style. The writing on the left immediately made me think of " All work and no play......" from The Shining, don't ask me why. Inspiring stuff.........
With so many downloads you should have enough votes by now. I gave you a 10 for artistry on this...also for technique. It is indeed a strange and evocative piece.
Genius!! Perhaps you would like Willem Dekooning's work.....check him out.......I am astounded by this work.......have no comparison-just can sense howw great it is.......
More than a decade after our fellow citizens began bedding down on the sidewalks, their problems continue to seem so intractable that we have begun to do psychologically what government has been incapable of doing programmatically. We bring the numbers down—not by solving the problem, but by deciding it’s their own damn fault.
Your art speaks for itself (minus the words) it's a great title, just does'nt need to be in the their! seems like your giving it all away. Maybe a newspaper clipping of "A family of ten found dead last nite" or "Wanted Dead Or Alive" not needed of course, But it fits! It's a powerful ABstract and I like it a lot. I give it a ten, without the title in their..... sorry :)
Interesting illustration. Have you seen much Cubist art? This has the feeling of some of Picasso and Braque's Cubist pieces...especially with the distorted image and the jagged edges breaking everything up.
