This is the Conejos downstream from our cabin. Running pretty good in this image. And it's loaded with trout too.

This is great Chuck. The drama in the river and the powder of snow on the trees, it's just a delightful scene. Very well captured with terrific lighting and such a pleasing sight. Thanks for sharing this one. Hope you caught some dinner for the family ;)

Whew, that water looks mighty cold, Chuck! Its dark is a neat contrast to the snow behind it. Now, that cabin -- is that for sale?? Great image!

I really like that water and the way you captured it's movement and color. It is so real I can hear it running and rippling over the stream bed. Boy, could I lay awake in one of those cabins at night and just listen to the river. Mercy! This is a keeper. Pat

As I sit here shivering with our probably much warmer climate lol, I can only think that I am glad I am not floating down that river. What a wonderful posting this is Chuck. I think this os one of your best.

Beauty of a take buster!! Great tones and hues bubbling on the water goes great with the chilly, sugar-coated backdrop!!

If I've viewed and commented on your post, and you liked my remarks then NO THANKS is needed...just getting to see your wonderful work is thanks enough for me!! Also BIG thanks to all who check out my work!! I appreciate any and all comments & feedback!!

A lotta turbulence and the feeling of motion in this great shot Chuck. The snow covered trees in the background are a sight to behold. Personally I think losing the shrubbery on the left exposing more of the churning river water might have made this even more beautiful. But I'm likin' this in any case.

Just saw this in the VB. Sorry I missed it when posted. Very nicely done. I, too, could enjoy just listening to the water, but the sight of the snow covered trees is extra special. Thanks for sharing.

Les arbres dans la montagne se distinguent par leur couleur argentée,,,que de contrastes avec la rivière qui nous attire par son bleu...Great shot
