My son and his wife were visiting along with their 'Allie'! It was looking like abstract was going to be the contest topic. I had viewed the web-site posted by Chris and decided to take this shot to represent my idea of an abstract photo... I also found this... art, that depicts real forms in a simplified or rather reduced way—keeping only an allusion to the original natural subject. Such paintings were often claimed to capture something of the depicted objects' immutable intrinsic qualities rather than its external appearance. So here is the petting zone! :o)                                                                                                                                                    My prime consideration when taking this was to keep the flash out of her eyes!

Looks like a mixed breed to me. :-). Good idea for the abstract contest. Wish I had thought of it. Good luck.

Oh, what an unusual angle! It shows off such a nice blend of color and the flow of his fur. Nice idea!
