Isn't it funny how the word 'politics' is made up of the words 'poli' meaning 'many' in Latin, and 'tics' as in 'bloodsucking creatures’?

You really composed this one well. The visual lines within are wonderful. Angular ones of the figurine, somewhat perpendicular to those of the board itself. Really liking those elements.
Good placement of the figurine too.
Can't help it, and I don't mean to sound trite ... however, whimsical and fun are indeed the operative descriptors. And there is a strong nostalgic feel and mood to your image in my humble opinion as a result of the post processing/post sweetening.

Again..a great idea to take a photo of an old gameboard..it' so good to experiment, and I like this idea a lot. I hope you'll keep venturing out more and more. SImple things around our homes can be made into an interesting photo and then a very unique desktop wallpaper. Thanx a ton. Veren

Awww.... Happy memories. My brother and I used to play this growing up. This and "Guess Who" and "Connect Four" and "Survive". They don't make survive any more. Keep it up!
