You're right Randy, the shadows are beautiful in this shot, especially the way they fall at different angles and contribute such sharp contrast to the snow. The lazy S-shape formed by the meandering brook makes this a stunning composition. Very gentle on the eye. A lovely finale!

Well, I came, I saw and I put it right in to my winter folder..this is beautiful and just the sort of shot that I dream of..the clarity is amazing and you've captured not only the snow but the shadows as well with no blow out whatsoever....wow...I'm looking and looking again...I REALLY like this one.
