Ed - This fine photograph brings back memories of my youth. About the age of the young men in this photo, many an afternoon was spent at target practice with bow and arrows. As always, your lighting is outstanding, adding much to this photo. B/W is very effective. Thad

I really like the angle EDV. It is like you are in one of your fortresses and they have summoned the archery squad. Be careful when the catapult arrives. The textures are outstanding in B/W.

An archery lesson. How I loved shooting arrows in archery class in college. I find this to be a wonderful and challenging sport.
This looks really fine in the b/w, Ed.

This is great idea Ed, I like the way you used the geometric shapes of the pathway to contrast with the shapes of the people. The composition is a little unbalanced, there is nothing to balance the boys bottom right, and one of them is cut off by the frame. Lots of nice textures too, I like the idea of this a lot.

Very nice shot Ed. I am glad that it was a recurve bow and not one of the new compound Bows, The black and white is perfect for this one.
