The detail here is probably more than the eye/brain would see at first glance, but that invites the viewer to examine the picture carefully. Then the contrast of the modern apartments above and the ruins below begin to tell the story of this place. Again, I love the composition...interest going from left to right to the point where one wonders what purpose the small window served. Lovely shot.
