I think the title just about sums this photo up. But let me know what you think anyways. I lightened the shot up a wee bit to bring out some colour in the foreground. Personally I preferred the darker look, but I've been wrong about that in the past.

A couple of crows that like to hang out in the yard looking for handouts. Shot on one of those hot July days. One of them at least had the sense to stay in the shade while the other one complained incessantly about the heat.

This one is for my friend Roger ,better known as gizmo1.

Hope you enjoy and your comments always welcomed.

A couple of complainers if you ask me! Including the one yelling at that blasted sun! Its funny to watch these guys. They are so smart. Great shot I think you caught the moment very well!

Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling.

I like the darker photos as well Wendell. Don't leave anything laying around these thievin' devils.

I like the way you've composed this Wendell. It tells a story in its own right.

A very nice photo of a bird that is hard to capture, meaning that they are so dark that it difficult to get a shoot that brings the bird to life. You have managed it in this shot with the shine on the feathers and light in the birds eye.Love the framing with the trees and the sods of grass give a nice touch too.

Well done Wendell - I too like the light and shadow in this and the nicely blurred background.

Wendell - These crows must like you. Interesting studies have been done on crows and their memory of and behavior when near people that they consider friendly or foes. Thad
