This wasn't supposed to happen this way. I went out the other day to take some test photos with a new lens. I just get the camera set up on the tripod and start to take a few photos when everyone and their brother and their pet and their long-lost cousin from out of town decide to traipse through the frame. Just as one group would disappear another would come along going in the opposite direction. It would take about five minutes for them to walk down the path before I would get a brief chance at another photo or two. The next time I go to test a new lens I'll head out to the middle of nowhere and take full blame for the lousy quality of the shots.
So while waiting for a break in the action I took the occasional snap with no thought towards composition. This would be one of them. It even turned out better than some of the shots without people in them. Sadly the building has to remain in the photo, without it the people living in town would have no water. But two young ladies were ruthlessly rubbed out of the far end of the shot as they unbalanced the photo.
Enjoy and your your comments welcomed.

I really like candid or serendipitous images like this. Many good photographers did as you did in this instance.
