The same path we've been down before last autumn. I decided to let the sun shine in on this one instead of presenting the darker version I prefer. So you'll have to satisfy yourselves with arguing over the composition and where it should or should not have been cropped.

As always, enjoy and your comments welcomed.

This is one of the best picture I have seen on caedes in its category. I loved the composition of colors. I used reside in a place that had this kind of a view. Its feels like taking a stroll on the road. Where does it end to. :)

It does look like a path we have all been led down Wendell. This must lead to the garden. It makes me feel that winter is about over and the joys of spring will be here as soon as that snow melts. Very well composed.

Aaah Autumn Path again - I like the crop on this with the wider area of light to the left and the natural look even if that look still has some of that "S" word in it (you know I mean snow LOL)

Guess we're all thinking Spring today. Hope you have all the sunshine as well. Still well below freezing, here.
And your lane looks very much my drive, Wendell. Most of the ice and hardpack is gone.

I think I prefer this one, though I liked the leaves better before they got packed flat with snow.

Isn't there supposed to be a stack of logs on the left side left by the local wood chuck family? Personally I like this one better. The vertical crop and the blue asphalt just didn't wiggle my waggle.

I still like the tunnel opening at the end even though I see no evidence of FotoSketcher. The shot is bright and cheerful and so unlike the Wendell that we know and love. The shot is not perfectly, sharply focused; but it's closer to "perfectly, sharply focused" than anything I've posted in centuries of arduous labor. A solid 7 out of 10.

The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

This is a very nice spring capture and I love the sun light spreading across this scene.Plus I love how the trees on the left seem to be trying to reach over to touch the trees on the right. Also it as a lovely feel of distance in this shot and nice DOF as well.

Very good spring shot Wendell. I love the opening at the end of the road and the Greens getting dissolved at the end of the road
