A continuation of my "It's All Greek To Me" informal series of photos. If only because I had already used Ducks in a Row as a photo title, and these are apparently not inclined to be ducks at the moment the photo was snapped. And if I had gone with the more obscure title "K", you would all be scratching your heads wondering where it came from. Though it is evident. Hopefully that explains the title for those of you out there not really paying attention. For the rest of you who showed up expecting to see some flowers. You're in the wrong photo or return in a few months time and I'll see if I can't slip a few in the frame. They would be mostly off to the right and back by the bench, the green bench not the unpainted one.

An innocent enough photo worked several times over in the editing department. I didn't have the time to get all their names as some were coming and others leaving on hectic flight schedules. But, I'm pretty sure that is Phil in the foreground, which would make that Eunice the third from the left.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

Still a bird picture...but, they do 'grow' in numbers eh!...

Did you check to see which one couldn't leave his reflection Wendell? They remind me of a shooting gallery. Now to find that bench and load my gun.
I like the vertical presentation.

Wow - your narrative leaves me speechless (I can still type however!) - but don't know what to type - Hi Phil?

I guess I can be Gullible for a day, Wendell, but your short story is a terrible way to distract Cadesians from the fact that your "Ducks" are on a slight LEFT tilt. :-)
Further, it is obvious that it is planned "GullDuckery", as the last Duck would have lost it's head, had you corrected the perspective :-))))).

whatever is in that water.. im not sure if i want to step in it.. looks like liquid .. something.. really cool effect nonetheless though, especially with the contrast from the land that you made.

in reference to "K", all I think is Kafka, so that would most definitely be lost on me.. I would be sitting here trying to relate how this picture works with "The Trial" the whole day (slight exaggeration)

how can one use letters, words or prose against its own institution? is it not to say that this accepted alphabet can portray intolerable thoughts against itself; the reflection of these words represent the meaning of ones mindless inquiry, generalizing became this text. . .read the marks behind a letter of assurance/ freedom is jailed within. . ." _ EaB

Nice shot, Wendell. Fortunately these ducks can fly and swim because I think they are about to be tipped into the water. Very nice color combination. Great to see those white sandy beaches of Nova Scotia.

The gull "Phil" in the foreground seems very regal - he reminds me of a butler that does not think the caller good enough to be admitted. Great gull shot Wendell. (The one Tick mentioned looking at his reflection is quite comical.)
