A portrait of my grandfather obviously taken when he was a much younger gentleman. Scanned and cleaned up a bit with a bonus frame for a limited time only to the first fifty-three customers.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

Good job, Wendell. 1920's or something businessman. Those shirt collars don't look too comfortable.

Nice job with the old portrait and the frame, Wendell. I know that you're not partial to frames typically, but this old sepia tone looks just right with a period piece frame.

My grandfather was a very handsome guy as well. After years of being teased about my looks, I finally joined a circus side show. You might have seen the movie they made about me, "The Elephant Man". The geneticists told me that the "good looks" gene skips two generations; so your children should be quite beautiful. They won't have to wear a mask in their avatar.

Sorry to be the one to point out the obvious.

He looks confident and happy Wendell. Grandfathers are a great memory to have. This looks like a wonderful one.
Good luck in the contest.

Nice work making this older photo come to life and adding the framework made it that much better. Looks like you had a very stylish grandfather. Very nice work.

Really nice work on this Wendell - whenever I've scanned old photos in they don't come out this well.
