One of those I have no idea what it is's. Commonly found growing in the wild, or at least it is in this part of the globe and I highly doubt we have an exclusive on it. This particular one was found growing beside a path I have had the pleasure of strolling along more than once and even witnessed a strange duel and some locals out in their native costume.
