Checked the links and found it rather discouraging that they both said: "lessons" ... I hoped for some ready-made frames LOL Maybe not half as good as the frame you chose to apply but anyway... What I find most appealing about this image - strangely enough, but you do not expect any standard reaction from the undersigned - is that the body of the butterfly [or a moth as the case might be] looks very pretty which is not practised by any other insects, except for ladybirds to the best of my knowledge and belief, particularly in a closeup or macro approach. Happy New Year by the way, dear Wendell. SAM & SAAB
Well this is very smart frame work and I love the swirls and colours in this piece and nice sharp detail too.Myself I believe it would have been even better with a bit more of the butterfly in the frame, but that just me Wendell.
I know you're just getting a feel for the new program, but this one is far too busy for the subject material. Both top and bottom of the subject is cut off. Probably a larger matte and opening would give the subject better perspective.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
