Shot earlier today down at the duck pond. A couple of ducks coming in for a landing. Not that it was much of a long flight, maybe 10 feet; odds are they could have walked the short distance just as quickly. But that's bird brains for you.

Wow Wendell this is a great action photo with perfect shutter setting and focus and the colours are amazing along with the angle you caught this mallards from and they stand out superbly against the texture in he snow too

Excellent action shot, I don't blame them for flying that short distance, it's cold on the feet. Super colour and detail, excellent angle you've captured them in coming right at you
