Tail feathers are down and flaps are up as the wigeons prepare for splashdown. I have no idea if those are the proper positions for landing but it seems to work for the ducks that to the best of my knowledge have had no flight training at an accredited flight school.

Oh well done Wendall a perfect aerial capture! with my old bridge cameras I rarely get an opportunity like this. The noise is too great at high ISOs
