Very interesting, the wall adds some character to the picture as well as some architectural contrast to the red (clay tiled?) roofs in the distance. The sky seems a little overexposed for my liking and I find the railing on the right side a tad distracting, personally I'd trim that part out. Other than those two minor things, I really like this shot.
