Fifty-five miles (90 km) south of San Francisco , a low, rocky, windswept point juts out into the Pacific Ocean. This is known as the Ano Nuevo State Reserve.Elephant seals, sea lions, sea otters, and other marine mammals come ashore to rest, mate, and give birth in the sand dunes or on the beaches and offshore islands. (copied from Wikipedia.com) Sue and I visited here in mid January and I captured part of the shoreline in this photo. Been practicing in PS Elements to get this effect. Hope you like. Thanks for all your Thanksgiving wishes. I'm still full:):) Enjoy. BB

I don't know why you were trying to get effects in such a beautiful capture but it looks good Bruce! Beautiful colors and simply scrumptious! I'd like to see it without the effects sometime. Great shot!

Looks like a bit of an Orton effect was used. I'm especially enjoying the textures and the slight glow above the hills! Beautifully done, Bruce!
