I took this picture of the Contra Costa County Finance Building in Martinez,Ca.a few years ago and came across it the other day. I tweaked it a bit and even though it's of a side angle shot I liked the outcome. I love the entablature and cornices at the roof eaves:) Thanks for your comments:)

Bruce, this kind of architecture gives this building a stately and solid appearance. In the days when the internet wasn't yet commonplace, probably intended to give those who did/do their financial business here the needed confidence in the solvency of this institution, 😁 .
