Bruce, 'Fannie' has multiple meanings. To me, as someone with a maritime background, a Fannie is a fishing boat with a tapered stem and straight stern. But I guess that's not what you meant.
What it is, you leave it to our imagination. Your beautiful render isn't only pleasant for our eyes but stimulates our brain too.

You got that nice metal texture going there, works really well with those colors. And to continue the sea theme - if you had given this 3-way symmetry - you would have had a prop. 4-way - a... shoot, I forgot what a boat/submersible window is called! O_o
