Bruce, when I saw this entry I thought it might be a color x-ray of identical twins. I'm not a medical specialist, but if this would be color x-ray indeed, I think there's nothing medically wrong with the twins. They are certainly standing firm on their feet.
All joking aside, this is yet another creation of yours that tickles the imagination. Perfectly done again, Buddy!
