You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Boy Howdy, I can tell you I'm glad I'm not one of the hunted on this big boy's list. He'd scare me to death without so much as a touch!!! The macro is great, just as long as I know I'm bigger than he is!!
"The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web." Pablo Picasso
And you certainly DID get CLOSE! Excellent detail the way it shows all the little parts on the head especially. These kinds of photos are great because so many people lump all insects as just BUGS... yet there is such artistic detail in each kind!
Thanks for sharing this!

Fine shooting my friend. Very good closeup with sharp detail and a good depth of field. I never get tired of photographing these little posers. Thanks for this great view.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Oh my, that is very close!! I am very afraid of bugs, so you have gotten much closer than I would have tried for! Wonderful detail in this - thanks for sharing!
