Do you mean 'hours' or the 'season'? In the first place: hard to guess Alex, but if this is a hibiscus or a lavatera flower (both have 5 or more petals) my assumption is that this image was taken in the morning or in the afternoon hours, as hibiscus\lavatera flowers last normally only for just one day.
In the latter case it must have been taken in the winter time because it probably was captured in Florida, lol.
