I guess this maple tree decided to put on its very own costume for Halloween night. I took this with my Pentax digital. I love the leaves.

Excellent eye for the unusual. I wonder if you had cropped the image to remove the trunk altogether, whether this would have given you more impact in the abstract. I like it though, the contrast in the leaf tones.
