Used Bryce 6. I wanted to create a landscape that was soothing to look at after a day of stress. No story to it or anything, just an image to relax to. Michael. Added- This was the first image that had worked on while my father (Chris) was in the hospital dying of cancer. He passed on 11-19-2006 at 8:19pm or so. All of the days going to the hospital took it's toll on my mind and stress level. So, I wanted to create something soothing. One thing that I did not notice was the brooding storm in the image (thanks PJ!) Now that I sit back and think of it, even though the image is soothing/calm, I believe that the coming storm in the image was deep in my mind on what was to happen, him dying. So, this is one of a few to be dedicated to the best father/friend/and everything that I have ever known in my whole life. He shall be missed but got forgotten. Michael.

It is a calming picture especially down along the foreground and in the middle of the creation, but I get a little agitated when viewing the sky, as it represents a storm coming in to me and looks brooding and foreboding. Perhaps if it were a lighter color blue? Just my two cent's worth :)PJ

My condolences Michael ... and I was going to PM you this message, but, given what you have expressed in your dedication to your 'friend' ... I think this is more appropriate ... here, on this images' page.

It's beautiful.

100/10.

And that ... is an understatement.
