This is the last post you will see from me for a while. I apologise profusly but im just about to go back to full time teaching and life as i know it is going to end. I love my job but it is all consuming. I will try to visit as often as i can!!! This image was taken from Puzzlewood. It is an area where ancient limestone caves have been uplifted to the surface and then eroded to create this very mystical landscape.

A wonderful looking scene, you should return in the evening to dance with the wee folk. Love the moss clinging to everything in the shot. Lovely colours and textures. Best of luck with the teaching career.

Rachel...

This looks like a scene out of Avatar. I don't think I've ever seen so much green in one place since a bunch of us went to the Chinese restaurant and they served us cat chow mein. Magical, mystical, mysterious, supernatural and enchanted. A glorious posting.

Do me a favor. Beat one or two of those brats for me. They have it coming. :-)

Most of love taking photos of trees but it's so difficult to make them into an interesting picture. This comes as close as any that I've seen. I liked your photos of Rome, too.
