In conjunction with Special K's thread on VectorMagic - Bitmap to Vector Conversion - Online !!
The original can be seen RIGHT HERE !!
Using the online thang is cool...it does (due to size, reduce 1MP thus the size change)!! This was done using the medium option and DL'd and re-UL'd in PNG format!! 'Cause I know Mr. Piggy likes PNG!!

In theory .. you should be able to process online and download to you as an "EPS" (encapsulated-postscript) .. or "SVG" (scalable-vector-graphic), and import into photoshop .. photoshop should give you the means to scale the image, before accepting a size ..
that's the whole "benefit" provided by 'vectorization' .. the scalability
whether PS-7 will do this, only YOU can tell us ... that's how it works with the "caedes-spider-logo" on the "other-stuff" page (try that)
