Zoomingly beautiful! That is one super bug or your zoom does a tremendous job. The ladybug looks great against that wonderful color. I can see why she thought it lovely too. Terrific shot, Jan!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

After a bit of an absence, partly vacation but mostly tax season...busy for bookkeeping businesses... I'm glad to be back out here with at least 'some' regularity. I've missed everyone and am glad to have a little more time again.
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to repose. Trust me on this one, I live there. :-)................ MY GALLERY - THE LION****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOMEPAGE
Jan, Jan, Jan, you've outdone yourself here. This is amazingly clear with bright, brilliant colors...is that a little bit of Ladybug juice I see on the petal of that beautiful flower?
Yes my dear. It counts. By the way, you missed "Rock me Amadeus." Smile. The german version tells about a father at war and a mother in a country, that is burnt down... Well, I like that image and it reminds me, how I always brought that bugs to my mom for her plants.
Just found this one on the main page, and what page could be better suited than the front page ? awesome shot, you must have been so pleased with this result, when you saw it for the first time, congrats, 10/10 shot.
Terrific macro shot Jan. The flower has lovely shades of pink and gives ms. ladybug many petals to use. Excellent clearness and details of these two subjects. The ladybug stands out brightly in her red suit, as she heads for something only she sees :) Wonderful contrasts between the colors and the inky black background. This will be beautiful on the desktop - thanks :)
This is beautiful Jan...you have retained detail in flower petals in left of image even has they are much brighter than rest...Ladybug really adds realism and perspective...like this a lot...gerry
