After a bit of an absence, partly vacation but mostly tax season...busy for bookkeeping businesses... I'm glad to be back out here with at least 'some' regularity. I've missed everyone and am glad to have a little more time again.
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to repose. Trust me on this one, I live there. :-)................ MY GALLERY - THE LION****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOMEPAGE
This has an "old time" feel to it, Jan. I like the rays of the sun peeking through the flowering trees. I wish the one guy was wearing white pants like everyone else - but - what are ya' gonna do? Spank him? LOL - very nice -
I almost missed the cricket game going on for goggling at the beautiful trees. I didn't realize they were loaded with flowers on yesterday's post. I decided to finally look at the rest of the post, and was expecting some giant crickets or something, when the players slowly unfolded from the mist of the light on the ground. This is a really super composition, and I'm putting it on my hard drive...thanks, my friend. :)
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

What striking effects you made here Jan! I love how the light reveals those flowers in the trees. It has such a dreamy feel to it. Fantastic work. I love it. :)
was the cricket game in the B/W one? i don't remember. But i love it in this one, it totally changes the mood to a classy, sophisticated one. I really like it, it is very relaxing :)

what a beauty!
Field of dreams :o)
The way you reworked the picture is nice, not too much as in other galleries.
And the light, what a wonderful sunlight!
Wow this photo brings back memories! I was lucky to spend the summer in Kew outside of London working at the botanical gardens. I walked through the field where they played cricket every day on my way to and from work! Fantastic!

Just felt like taking another trip through your gallery Jan and I'm glad I did as there seems to be a couple of great images that slipped by me. The cricket tragic in me thanks you for this beauty, it's going on my desktop immediately:)
