.. amazingly he was very still for me :-) he looks a bit worse for wear, but hes still beautiful, i like his purple "eyes" on his wings!

People ought to really look at this one close up, because the clarity and the colors don't really come through in thumbnail. This is really excellent, Jan. You did yourself proud with this upload.

After a bit of an absence, partly vacation but mostly tax season...busy for bookkeeping businesses... I'm glad to be back out here with at least 'some' regularity. I've missed everyone and am glad to have a little more time again.

I guess there aren't any moth mechanics to repair him between landings and lift offs! Although I saw a website somewhere that does repair butterfly wings, so it isn't such a fantastic idea. He is a pretty fellow.
