These leaves survived a long and brutal Fall / Winter. All to still be attached in a golden wing like manner. Taken today at a Wildlife Reserve, Upstate N.Y. <Canon Rebel XTi - 18-55mm kit lens. Circular Polarizer> 1/50 -ISO 100.

Colors are really good with this one. I love using a polarizer. We still have a few of these around too, but I'm hoping that the replacements will arrive soon.
