"Several centuries ago, the Nor'east section of England was privvy to an infamous and well-known historical scuffle betweenst the Count Vampire of Bamburgh and Ye Black (Magikal) Knight of Lindisfarne...No one knoweth for sure how it started, although some sayeth t'was a compensation issue o'er pints at a mutual public-inn...

Both parties had retreated to their respective lands, shut themselves within their sinister looking Fortresses, and dreweth their evil plans...The Count strucketh the first blow upon Sir Knight, summoning up 40 days of torrential rains that flooded roads, washed out bridges, andst destroyeth many crops within Sir Knight's realm...

Enraged, Ye Black Knight mixeth up a raging firestorm within his Dark Cauldron, andst sent it forth upon the lands of the Count Vampire...Faster than thou could sayeth the Jack of Robinson, the Count's realm was also layeth to waste!

Sir Knight's counterattack only filled the Count with even more vengence, andst soon enough, Ghouls and Zombies roseth up from their graves and layeth siege upon Sir Knight's lands...It was then Ye Black Knight decided to visit the Forbidden Altar of Eggelstone to calleth uponst the most fearsome band of spellbinders known in all the lands...

'Taketh heed, Lord Count,' the Black Knight sayeth as he watched the four depart to Bamburgh, 'Thy mighty coffin will not giveth solace fromst these Dark Wenches!'"

Sounds like an Ode to the Owd Timer and Count B, Yogi.
I like the silhouetted Lindisfarne. The Jack of Robinson was quite the base thief.
Good one.
