I am in Lewes DE again for three months...at my daughters. This is about the extent of the damage from Hurricane Sandy in Lewes. I tried some different lighting effects, to make it look like it was taken just before sunset.
How horrible any way you look at it! But a great shot Jim and the lighting is wonderful! Narrows right in on the subject. If a person thinks before they look, it could be a bundle of clothes pins wound up!....lol
The lighting is superb in this one Jim, and if that is all that happened, they were so lucky. Have a wonderful time, and I hope you can still post from time to time. This would be a very good entry for Lyn's Wednesday fun challenge. Tigs♥ =^..^=
Great Photo Journalism there Jim Bob! Did you happen to see Jim Cantore from the Weather Channel anywhere around. that guy seems to be like Santa Clause.....EVERYWHERE!
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.
Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
I agree with Sandi this would be a great one for the B&W challenge - the lighting is superb and the textures come out so well. Enjoy your stay - I hope we still hear from you once in a while!
Great lighting and textures, Jim . I also agree this would make a great entry in Lyn's B&W Challenge . Good to see you . Enjoy your time with your Daughter and Grandaughter .
Like the lighting, Jimbob. Don't care too much for the colors. They're oversaturated for my tastes. The devastation from Sandy appears to be total. Those dog prints might as well be a skull and cross bones. The carnage is too much for me to bare.
Cool capture Dude! Nice to 'see' you my Friend. I like your pic....kinda' mysterious and a little spooky. I'm thinking I will stay in my truck for now; it has heavy duty shocks....
The lighting is dramatic, Jim. I guess you won't be any warmer in DE than you were in Ohio. Sure glad to see your daughter's area didn't incur major destruction.
