This picture is the second of my snow scenes... The beauty of a fresh snow—or the interesting effects of snow melting—can be yours forever when you photograph a snow scene....I came across these unique formations during my walk on Tuesday....Please enjoy.

Fresh and unbroken snow rippling up to the fence! A lovely composition and capture!

You take such nice shots Mick. It looks like the wind has been swirling around the snow. Nice designs. Well composed with the gate and stone wall. Although I don't think that gate will keep anything out or in.

Another winner Mick.

Mick,
When I first pulled up this image, I didn't have time to comment but I was so taken back by the beauty you captured that I immediately added it to my faves!

This is gorgeous Mick. The way the sun is hitting the little mounds of snow all of the ground is stunning... the shadows it casts add so much more character to the scene. Everything is just so beautiful... great capture! I hope there are more to come!

It has that 'shrinking' look that comes as it starts to melt. I like the contrast with the colours in the stone wall; not quite as strong a composition as the previous shot, but really evocative of this year's winter. They're forecasting more.... secretly I'm hoping they're right.
