Loved this TN barn but getting a shot proved to be challenging. The only way to accomplish this was to set up shop in the bed of Dan's truck . So here it is . No editing straight from the camera. Knee High By The 4th Of July is an old saying by U.S. grain ( corn ) farmers. I first heard this from my Grandfather.

That is one crazy red barn, what a classic! I would assume that the barn is no longer visible from that same spot, at least from my truck. We may need to use YOUR truck next time, with the 4x4x4x4x4x4 version. It rides a little taller!

The barn looks beautiful with its red walls shining in the sun. The knee high green looks very nice too Marsha.

Nice shot of this vibrant red barn and such a lush looking crop. Lucky this year to have their corn knee-high by July.

That's a cool looking barn. Nice paint job on it. Another way to get a shot like this, is for Dan to strap you in a harness and hoist you up in a tree! LOL. Excellent shot, Marsha.

Because of the drought in the heartland Jen-Nay, it is still knee high and it is August. Nothing says country like a red barn.

Love the bold colors, Marsha. A step ladder in the box might come in handy on occasion.
That crop certainly doesn't look deprived.

It usually is that high, but after a while it gets to be 9 feet tall around here. Nice old barn in your shot. Nice one by the way.
