The Waitaki River, Otago, NZ. Late afternoon in winter. It looks warm but was in fact very cold :). .Panasonic DMC-FZ7.. Thank you for taking a look and for your comments :)

I don't see any piles of snow, Eve...I don't see icicles and animals scampering around looking for nuts they buried in the fall...I do see blue water and even some green in the background. :) Lovely shot.

The water is really very blue and the pattern on the surface is interesting. The golden grasses complement the blue water so nicely.
