Muscari (Grape Hyacinth)... The musky scent of these combined with the sweetness of blue hyacinths and daffodils at dusk in gentle misty rain is one of the joys of Spring I enjoyed on my patio today. We call these Match Heads. Taken with Canon 450D just after 5pm today. Thank you for viewing and any comments .

I love to see these little beauties blooming in the early Spring. Very nice presentation of them too! We found out this year that Cottontail bunnies love them too!

The shape does look like the head of a match. Lovely colour Lyn and a beautiful presentation.

Nice macro work with a beautiful background. Using same colors with the main subject as a blurred background give very nice results. Good postwork and presentation as well.
