I searched in vain for a suitable quote so added my own inadequate words:)
This Bridge built from hardwood timber in 1893 links Kurow with Hakataramea, Otago, New Zealand. It had recently been reopened after repairs following damage by the flooding Waitaki River when I took this shot with Canon 450D.

A grand view of the bridge from his angle Lyn. Needless to say that the presentation is equally wonderful.

Lyn, I knew that I had seen the Kurow bridge before and thought that I had commented on it that it has much resemblance with the famous river Kwai bridge. So I peeked through your small (LOL) gallery and have found this one, but no comment on it of Cornelius! Think that I had this comment in mind but have forgotten to press the 'Post this Comment' button.

To me this image is even more beautiful than the previous one, and the presentation is excellent.

Regards, Cornelius.
