Today I had a dose of sea fever and needed to go down to the sea shore and be buffeted by an an icy wind and feel the spray flying. Late afternoon, and a few minutes earlier the sun would have been better on the waves but still worth going to get the cobwebs blown away :)

I've always found the beach and water both soothing and revitalizing so I can well understand your need to visit this beautiful spot...not sure about the 'icy wind' part tho':)...marvelous shot, Lyn.
