I used to have a whole bed of these daisies - they grew so thickly the wall behind could not be seen, and they continued to spread and threatened to suffocate the roses growing near, so I dug them all out and put down weed mat and woodchips. I thought I'd seen the last of them. They however, had other ideas and ran the roots that I must have missed removing to the edge of the weed mat, popped up into the light, and are now growing against the wall. Again. They deserve to live after all that effort. The one on the right is about 2 metres tall. I thought they deserved a camera click because to me they appear to be dancing 🙂

Me too, I'm glad you are leaving them as they made such an effort to come back to you. Wonderful verse too.

They are so beautiful, Lyn, I love these wildflowers, as we call them field flowers. Great narrative, too.
