The first in a little series of skies I captured last Sunday on a short drive to an Organic Vegetable shop. Of course I did not take a camera(!) so once again it is phone shots through the car window as we drove along. The sky was magnificent and changed so much in the hour we were out.

Lyn, I'm not a meteorologist, else I would have known what these skyscapes are called. But even without a name for these sky formations, this is an imposing and beautiful sight. Despite the fact that your photograph was taken with a cell phone camera, the quality is excellent.

Great shot Lyn - I keep a tiny Nikon in my car at all times just for the purpose when I find shots while out.
