You know I went through your gallery looking for your avatar and meant to ask you about it. I thought you had designed it, but I couldn't find it. Now here it is and I'm glad you posted it because I think it's beautiful! It looks like the red wheel spins and we see a beautiful rainbow inside. Wonderful!

Very lovely work. The rich, jewel-like fractal is brilliant in all senses of the term.
Personally, I might prefer something other than red, but that's just me an red - not a criticism of this red in particular. Actually, as reds go, this isn't bad as it is nearer to crimson than brick red and I rather like crimson (in moderation).
